I am over the moon that my teaching journey has led me to NCSA and to the Goldfinch Kindergarten class! Since 2019, I have worked in public schools in a variety of capacities for grades K-5. Most recently as a teaching artist with the Nevada County Arts Council, bringing art education to schools throughout Nevada County.
In our classroom, I strive to create a warm, nurturing, and beautiful space where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn each day. I bring love, patience, play, respect, and organization into my teaching, and I am deeply committed to building strong connections with my students and their families.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University and a Master’s of Education from National University.
Outside of the classroom, I’m spending quality time with my family, usually outside in nature, making precious memories with my young children. I am also a visual artist and yoga teacher, and I love connecting with friends, nature, and my community.
