NCSA will not enroll students who are not caught up on vaccinations. WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR SPOT WHILE YOU GET CAUGHT UP.
To be eligible for enrollment, you MUST have the 1st in every series and NOT be due for the next.
Records need to be in the CAIR system for verification. If your student has records from out of state, please go to your physician and get them verified and put them into the CAIR system. If the Nurse or the County Health department asks for more info, you will need to have your physician fax the original records directly to the school
If you are enrolled on Conditional Entry, you will follow this schedule until your student has all required vaccines.
