AB 104 – Pupil Instruction: Retention, Grade Changes and Exemptions

 AB104 allows for students who did not demonstrate satisfactory academic progress during the 2020-2021 school year to seek various supports.

If you would like to request any of the supports listed below, please print the AB104 Request Form, fill it out, and submit it to your child’s school.

Nevada City School of the Arts (NCSA) programs, activities, and practices shall be free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, national origin, ethnic group identification, age, religion, marital or parental status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or gender expression; or on the basis of a person’s association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
